The Massachusetts Transition and Growth (MassTAG) program was created with the intention of providing working capital (on a per job created basis) to new to Massachusetts companies. Eligible companies must, at the time of application, have no physical presence in Massachusetts, at least 5 full-time employees globally, and intend to hire at least 10 full-time employees in the company’s first 12 months operating in Massachusetts.
